Biller reads it back to you.
Every item, every price, every category — lifted off one photograph and waiting for you to correct it.
Veg and non-veg carry the mark.
From the tile, to the ticket, to the printed bill. The one glyph every Indian reads without thinking.
Then the counter assembles itself.
Kitchen wall, printer, the phone in your pocket. Nothing to install, no hardware to buy, no engineer visit to book.
Take your first order in 2 minutes.
Not a demo you have to sit through. The whole thing, from paper to first GST bill, before the tea goes cold.
Everyone else counts outlets. We hand you a stopwatch.
1,00,000+ outlets. 1Cr+ businesses. 25,000 restaurants. Every competitor opens with a number you have no way of checking. Here is one you can check yourself, on your own menu, in the time it takes to make tea.
A day on Biller. Scroll it.
- 12:31 · THE COUNTER
Tap a table, tap the items.
The catalog the photo built is already there. Veg and non-veg carry the mark every Indian reads without thinking — from the tile, to the ticket, to the printed bill.
- 12:33 · THE KITCHEN
The wall lights up before the waiter turns around.
A shop counter with no kitchen skips this step entirely. The product never makes you pretend you are a restaurant.
- 13:15 · THE BILL
A real GST tax invoice, not a receipt.
The same bill on an 80mm roll or a full A4 sheet — your logo, your GSTIN, your FSSAI licence, the correct CGST/SGST split, a sequential invoice number, and a UPI QR that stops printing the moment it is paid.
- 13:15 · THE CUSTOMER
It reaches their phone before they reach the door.
The full invoice, a UPI QR while it is unpaid, and a star rating they can leave right there. Every bill a customer forwards is a shop window for the next one.
- 23:40 · THE NIGHT
What sold, what didn’t, what runs out Thursday.
Written in sentences, not left as a chart to interpret. Stock deducted ingredient by ingredient while you were serving.
- NEXT · THE COMPANION
Then Biller stops being software you open.
Reviews, voice, the aggregators, ONDC, delivery to the door — one surface, so you stop running your outlet across six apps.
Your item list is the only thing you need to bring.

Bill
Take money correctly, fast.
- GST tax invoices, not receipts — correct CGST/SGST split, sequential numbers.
- Eight filing-ready tax reports — GSTR-1 4A, 7 and 12, GSTR-3B 3.1(a), and CMP-08 if you are on the composition scheme. CSV or PDF.
- A UPI QR from your own VPA prints on the bill, and stops printing the moment it is paid.
- The bill on WhatsApp — one tap, no printer needed. Khata and pay-later are a payment mode, not a notebook.
- QR ordering from the table, and a live split bill on every diner's own phone. They order; they pay at your counter.
- KOT and a live kitchen wall — for the outlets that want one.
Control
Stop the leak you can’t see.
- Ingredient-level inventory — every sale deducts the right amount, unit-aware.
- A date, not a warning. "Paneer runs out Thursday" — a depletion projection per ingredient, and next week's buy list built from it.
- An expiry review that suggests write-offs and never quietly applies them.
- Supplier purchase orders priced from what you last paid.
- An unlawful automatic service charge is flagged on your own bill, with one click to remove it.
- Team roles: owner, manager, cashier, waiter, kitchen.
Grow
Built for the second outlet.
- Multi-outlet from one account — every counter, one login.
- Nightly insights at 22:30 — what sold, what to push — written in sentences. In Hindi if you prefer.
- Daily and weekly reports emailed to your managers and your accountant, on a schedule you set.
- It genuinely works for a shop, not just a restaurant — kitchen, tables and recipes disappear and the words change with them.
- Bring a CSV menu in. Take everything out — the whole outlet, self-serve, whenever you like.
Everything here is AI. All of it is running today.
Each one shows what it costs in credits before you press it. Nothing runs on its own and nothing changes your data without you.
One thing we will not dress up: the sales forecast line on your money chart is a statistical projection from your own history, not a language model. It says so on the chart, and it says "not enough history yet" when that is the truth.
Most of our competitors won’t show you this number.
Credits never expire. A plain bill costs one credit, so the free grant is roughly 510 bills to start with.
Top up when you need to. Yours for lifetime — 2,000 credits ₹399, 5,000 for ₹749.
₹399+Unlimited billing, plus 100 credits a month for the AI features. 6 and 12-month terms save up to 12%.
₹499/moMost outlets end up hereWhat a credit buys. Credits are the one meter across the whole product. A plain bill costs one. The same credits pay for reading your item list, generating item photos, and inventory runs. Switch on a delivery channel that costs money to send — WhatsApp Business — and a bill draws 2–3 instead of one. Every rate is shown on the screen where you turn the thing on, before you turn it on.
Still cheaper than the printer roll.

A counter today runs on six things that don’t speak to each other: the POS, the aggregator tablet, a delivery app, a reviews inbox, a spreadsheet, and WhatsApp. Biller’s job is to become the one surface that holds all of it — a companion for the outlet, not another window to keep open. Nothing below is live yet. It is on the page because you deserve to know where this is going before you put your menu into it.
- NextVoice billingSay the order out loud. For the counter where both hands are busy and the queue is six deep.
- NextGoogle reviews, answered from hereThe reviews that decide whether a stranger walks in, in the same place you take the order.

I have a printer. Nobody has ever managed to make it work.
Install the Biller companion on your counter computer and approve it once from your browser — there is no licence key to copy anywhere. It then goes looking for the printer on its own: the ones Windows already knows about, the one plugged into USB that it never set up, the paired Bluetooth one, and the one sitting on your network.
If the driver is missing, it works out which one you need, downloads it, checks the signature, and opens the manufacturer's installer for you to click through. Then you give the printer a name, print a test, and you are billing. You do not need a printer to start — the bill goes to the guest on WhatsApp — but if you own one, this is the part nobody else does.
What happens when the internet drops mid-service?
You keep billing. Offline billing is included with every unlimited plan on the Android app, and is coming to the other devices after that. Orders, dishes added to an open bill, stage changes and cancellations are all held on the device and send themselves the moment the line comes back — a bar tells you how many are waiting.
One honest limit: closing a bill needs the server for a moment, because the GST invoice number has to come from it. Nothing is lost — you settle it when you are back. Exactly what is and isn’t covered →
Are these real GST tax invoices? What about e-invoicing?
A proper Tax Invoice or Bill of Supply — correct CGST/SGST split, sequential numbers. E-invoicing for outlets above ₹5 crore turnover is on the roadmap, not shipped.
Draft · verifyI’m on Petpooja — how do I move my items across?
Export your item list and import the CSV, or just photograph your printed menu and skip the export entirely.
How long does it take to train my staff?
Close to none. Each role opens its own screen and nothing else — a waiter sees the order screen, a cashier sees the counter. If anyone on your floor has used Petpooja, this will feel familiar on the first shift.
Can I get my bills and item list out if I leave?
One button downloads the whole outlet — menu, bills, inventory, customers, team — as a single file you keep. No contract to exit, no ticket to raise, no data held hostage.
Can I cancel? Do credits expire?
Cancel any time. Credits are yours for lifetime and never expire.
Can I try something without signing up at all?
The GST invoice generator and the GST calculator are free and need no login — the same engine that prints your bills. Open the free tools →
